Fairbridge Road

Proposals for a mixed use building located in the London Borough of Islington. MBA were instructed to review and advise on feasibility options for the existing site, an MOT garage and associated service yard adjacent to the Upper Holloway Railway cutting. 

The site lies in a strategic employment area and forms part of a string of light-industrial buildings lining the railway. This area of Hornsey has seen redevelopment throughout the years and MBA has worked closely with the Local Planning Authority to establish the envelope and ensure the architectural language proposed sets a precedent for high quality materials and robust design, whilst referencing and adding to the local grain of development.
