MBA are engaged with securing planning permission, conditions and taking the project on site towards the end of 2019. The project includes a 5 storey new build of 23 apartments, mix of 1, 2 & 3 beds with ground floor units benefiting from private gardens and upper floor flats with large private balconies. The scheme includes 35% affordable housing. Project is presently undergoing detail design with construction due to start on site March 2020.
