Springfield Nursery

An affordable housing scheme was put forward to the Local Council at Pre-planning and is currently undergoing amendments prior to a formal Planning process. A 'Design by Layer' method has been incorporated to achieve an adaptable masterplan on site, whilst maintaining 'appropriateness of development within the Green Belt.' The need to release Green Belt land to meet the Council's housing requirements, the need for affordable housing and community facilities within the district have all been considered to constitute 'a very special circumstance' to allow this development.
